Keyla is our lead teacher. She is 28 years old. She was born in El Porvenir and lives in the Centro neighborhood of town, near the beach. She completed high school with a major in accounting. She has previously done volunteer work with an organization in La Ceiba giving health talks about sexually transmitted infections.

She is married to her husband, Fernando, and has a nine year old daughter named Alisson, and an infant son, Kykler. She spends a lot of time with her parents and siblings. She has been a passionate leader and the life of the program.. She enjoys helping youth and wants to be able to share her knowledge with others. She has really enjoyed teaching KIP and educating her community.

Keyla es la maestra principal. Ella nació en El Porvenir y vive en el Centro, cerca de la playa. Se grauduó del colegio donde estudió perito mercantil y contador publico. Ella era una voluntaria en la Ceiba, dando charlas sobre las infecciones sexuales.
Ella esta casada a su eposo Fernando y tiene una hija quien se llama Allison y un bebe quien se llama Kyler. Pasa mucho tiempo con sus padres y hermanos. Ella ha sido una maestra entusiasmada y la vida del programa. Le gusta ayudar a los jóvenes y quiere compartir su conocimiento con otros. ¡Se divertió mucho como maestra y le gustó educar a su comunidad!

Cesar is our newest staff member. He is 22 years old and is an assistant teacher to the KIP Program. He joined the program in December 2021. He was a former KIP program participant.
